you might know her from the "gilmore girls"when i first saw her, i felt in love with her beautiful, big, blue eyes. i searched for some pretty pics of her and here she is.
made with regular pencils 6H-8B

Beautiful work. Beautiful girl, too, she's one of my favorite actressess. I focused a few of my deviations on her as well. (Photomanipulation, because I can't draw... well... at all.)
But very beautiful, could go a little heavier on the shading, though, to seperate the side of her face from the background. But it looks better when it's in full size. I love the details on the eyelashes.

Alexis Bledel is very pretty, and I love the show Gilmore Girls myself also! I, too have been looking around the net for pictures of Alexis to draw and I was considering drawing the one you drew
I especially like the eyes in this drawing, but I am gonna disagree wit a whole bunch of ppl here, I actually like the shading light. It is very different. You're a very good artist coz I cold recognise Alexis from a thumbsized view

I *love* Gilmore Girls! It is a great show! Great job on the drawing, it is really beautiful. The eyes, lips and hair especially. The only thing is I think you could use a little bit more shading on the face. It sort of looks like her eyes and mouth is floating in a sea of white. But really beautiful none-the-less.

Absolutely beautiful. I've always loved her big blue eyes. They're just so captivating and you've captured them so well. I just love how this piece is as a whole. The very free look of it and ease, yet there are just so many little details. Lovely technique. I love how parts of her fade out. this one is definitely a

I agree with some of the others. The tones are a bit too light, especially in the face. The eyes, lips and hair all seem ok to me but the face is a bit too light, besides that it's a great portrait and worthy of framing.

Generally well done. Good, detailed vision of hair, precise work on lips and brows. Realistic vision of eyes, but I would marke separate lashes stronger. Right shading, but it seems to be too light in my opinion.

This could be intentional, but I think it's better if you use more shades.
Darkening the background give hella depth to the portrait.
Awesome job on the lips and nose.
Alongside this light source, we're supposed to see two shiny dots in her eyes. Adding them will add a magical effect to the portrait, and it will feel more lively.
Good job, overall... Keep it up.

i wish i could draw with pencils and smudge and stuff. ive been doing a few charcol and that sorta stuff lately. but im not very good at it. although ive never done it before so thats a good excuse.
