I like this one more than the other ( landscape ) format. Funny to watch where the "white stripes" from the water begin ( on the rocks ).

I liked this one better, love the way the water looks in the top of the image, it makes a good contrast with the bottom.

My piece of advice, if I were you, I would try to crop with a rock or something like that where no water is running away. I mean, that would help to "quantify" the motion, a kind of reference point. Do you see what I mean ?
