Sad enough (I am sixteen almost a grown up ) It is thanks to neopets that I have: came as far as I am now with drawing, and met some AWESOME people.SO I made some fan art for neo
IT IS A LUTARI
Derp, I tried to draw a background, I failed.
I am going to try send this in for lutari day on April the 19th.

2-3 hours, program used: paint tool sai.
Lutari belongs to neopets, drawing belongs to meeeee.
