I couldn't have asked for much better conditions, really; this buck and a few other deer were located right on top of a large hill in their enclosure, illuminated by the partly obscured late afternoon sun, making for a lovely scene. And I'm so glad I decided to take the 400mm prime instead of my 70-300mm zoom lens.

Definitiv! Nur mit dem Röhren klappt's noch nicht so ganz... Der Gute hat zwar sein bestes gegeben, war aber trotzdem kaum zu hören...
