The lander from the great Ark heads in for a landing on their soon to be new home! Will it be the long hoped for paradise of Earth II or a planet plagued by terrors and nightmares beyond their wildest dreams. Probably a bit of both... but any good adventure has to begin somewhere!Related content

It looks like what the ship from Planet of the Apes should have been more like. It also looks like it's meant to be landed in stages; the forward section goes down first to investigate, with the heavy payload staying in orbit until they're GO. (It would be a descent-only stage, I assume. But if the planet doesn't prove acceptable, they'll need some way to cover light years relatively quickly.) But at least they'd have the option to nix a candidate planet and not have to get the whole circus back into space.
I suppose the other two "moons" at top right might be candidates, and presumably we'd have some idea that at least one of them has an acceptable biosphere.
Love the look, though. Nice work!
