Oh Dan... what a amazing buffoon of a character. He's got a ironically tragic backstory but due to his personality he is never taken seriously by everyone in the Street Fighter roster and is played for laughs.

BTW when I first tried out one of the Street Fighter arcade games, I played as him because I thought if I could beat the ladder with what people called the "worst" character, I felt like it be hilarious (Until I remembered I'm terrible with fighting games that aren't Smash Bros, so I think I only made it through one or two fights before I took an L trying to figure out how to do any move input)

Still I find Dan to be quite the loveable goof despite being the butt end of Street Fighter's roster.

BTW I'd kill to see a Rap Battle between him and Glass Joe
