Okay so I had the urge to draw Twilight as an Alicorn and then I had some extra room so I drew Sari too

To me, Sari's character growth was handled much better then Twilicorn. At least the writers for TFA gave more room for plot instead of craming it into one episode.

I actually was expecting Twilight to be a princess since the second episode... you know since the fact she had a tiara over her friends who had pendants (but the alicorn thing caught me by surprise). You are right, it was kinda crammed but hopefully they'll give a little depth about it later on perhaps? We can hope
As for Sari.. ugh they never even gave the true origin behind it which still kinda bugs me

In my mind, the only reason she had the tiara is that is was already part of the ensemble. Celestia had it in the book, so I think it was just coincidence.
