I didn't make the hoodie, but I did decorate it if that is what you are referring to.
I used black and white felt and just stitched in the finer details

I managed to get mine for only £9 with postage, brand new and all so I'm really happy about that since the quality is wonderful ahaha. If the wig is expencive, try looking around for a cheaper one.
