7 layers linocut - handprintedIn Tokyo near the futuristic skyscrapers, there is a labyrinth of old-fashioned back alleys. You can have a short break, in a timeless atmosphere, eating noodles or a yakitori set.
Before going back to the tumult of modern life.
This print was made using a baren – a traditional Japanese tool – and 7 hand-carved linoleum plates. It was a long and exhausting work.
