Now finally, after two weeks without Internet. I hope you like it

Darkness advancing
Floods of sadness rising
A black stream flowing to nowhere
Deep shadows catching those who dare
To search for escape,
For a life beyond the dark, cold drape.
Hopeless creatures creeping past
The wind, a storm, howls, running fast.

But life never gives up its mights
Like a match in darkest nights
Like embers in the ashes
LIke shining eyes beneath heavy lashes
Like a peaceful smile in an ocean of tears
Like a word of comfort in an hour of fears
A stroke of colour over dark grey ground
In deathly silence a soothing sound.

Yellow flowers sweeping in the stream
Glowing in the shadows, lighting the flood
Giving colour to the creatures' eyes
Catching their looks, warming their blood.
They straighten up, shaking of the dust
And listen.

The wind slowed down, stopping to howl
Now carrying a melody from afar
Flutes and harps, a violin
Playing a delicat symphony
Inviting to life's ball.
