Btw, I am pretty sure Scythia was a sovereign state back then, and Balto-Slavs were the separate ethnic group.

Amazing work! I take it this is for version 2 of history of the world?
One question though, what makes embryonic civilizations different from advanced ones? My initial thought was an actual state, but Nabataea and Saba etc., which were proper kingdoms, aren't listed with the distinction of advanced given to their Roman and Axumite neighbours.
