Description
76 million years ago during the late Cretaceous period in what is now the Judith River Formation of Montana, USA, a Hesperornis altus surfaces after a dive in a river whilst carrying an unusual object in its beak. Though the flightless waterbird may think it's an odd pebble to play with, it has picked up the skull of a Hanssuesia sternbergi that died some time ago and whose bones have been washed away during the rainy season. Just a bit further in the back, a Gorgosaurus libratus and Spiclypeus shipporum are fighting each other as the former attempts to prey on the well-defended latter.

"Erm Olmagon you posted this drawing 5 days ago already" Well this one is the version where the tyrannosaur and ceratopsid in the background aren't blurred, for anyone who wanted to see them in more detail. I had spent hours drawing those fuckers and even a bit of scale detail, I ain't letting all that work go to waste on blurs of brown where all that can't be seen.
