I wanted to shoot a flying dog for years!And finally, in Prague, I managed to shoot the perfect decisive moment of a dog.

There isn't much of a concept (This is not a bad aspect/point about the photo...)because basically,you just wanted to take a flying dog and in this photo,you did,together with the ball the dog was trying to catch. Therefore,the title "Together in the Air" 
So,let's now see the action shot itself. First,I think that tree is quite distracting as it really takes away from the focus of the photo (which is the dog and the ball). But,you can't do anything about it (You can't control where the dog goes or where the ball goes. Basically,an action shot is mostly taken like that.) Next,I felt that you could have zoomed in or go closer to the subject (the dog),to the extent that it only shows the dog flying with the ball. But,as I have said,you can't do anything about it (Most probably,it isn't your dog (right?) and you don't want to make the owner of the dog angry by disturbing his/her fun,right?) Well,that's how action shot is usually taken. And this is again,fully logical and understandable. And the simple solution: crop it using a image-editing program!
Overall,this is quite a good action shot (no mean feat,you know,taking an action shot) but most probaly,the moment did come but the surroundings were not ready to support that moment (as seen in this photo). But in the end,you can't do anything about it (Well,that's photography,sometimes) and even if you want to remove that tree and the extra grass in the front,you can crop the photo but this may affect the photo quality. Nevertheless,
