Rapidograph pens on an old book page. Some parts are drawn with gold and silver pens that look much better in real life.The book itself was printed in Israel at 1967 and it's on Hebrew. Its was translated from English and it's original name is "A Treasury of Great Reporting", it's basically a collection of shocking press posts from 1793-1961.
