You're welcome Yeah, I have been busy with moving The first time I've ever moved! And it is to another country. Which I had never been to before. It's been a bit hectic. But I love it so far! ^^

Btw, I really like your new (I'm not sure if it's new in fact, but I'm sure I didn't see it before in your art) colouring. It's a texture, some brushes or something else? Sorry for lay question but I'm curious.

It's brushes (I downloaded a couple of packs I found on DA). I like working in high resolution and finally I have a computer that can handle digital painting without fuss - my old computer made most things besides cell-shading impossible.

Мне очень нравится, как все тут выполнено. Совершенно особенное настроение. И капли, имхо, особенно здорово получились. И police line - все так образно.
А по сути размышлений сказать как-то ничего не могу, не знаю, что сказать... но дело в том, что я сейчас вообще как-то не могу с мыслями собраться.

Huh? I was just trying to suggest a third option not considered by the character XD

Along the lines of "You don't have to claim guilt for it to acknowledge you're the only one who [can/will] do anything about it"
