The scale of this tower is truely captured well here. I think of the relationship between the size of this monument and those who made it possible. Gustave, a tiny human with big plans to build it, the 300 steel workers laboring over 2 years to construct it and of course the visitors who can take on it's scale in person.
The light is wonderous. It brings to mind the fact that sometimes there are things much bigger than us, be it nature or any other system of belief we tie ourselves to. With the scale of the humans in the image I am also reminded that sometimes our desires, however grand they may seem, can be made into reality.

haha I looked at the pic and as I scrolled down I said, "Hey, it looks like the Eiffel - " "eiffel tower, paris, france" "-.- Nevermind." Glad you said something about full viewing, cause I wouldn't have, and I wouldn't have gotten the "little people" comment. XD
Anyway, enough of my rambling stupidity. It's an awesome, awesome photo. I love how the light takes the shape of the tower.

I think this's probably the best shot of Tour Eiffel I've ever seen. You've captured its beauty and size wonderfully. In fact, it feels very surreal.

you know, there are zillions of photos of the eiffel tower, but you're able to make it fresh with the perfect timing and angle. you're so good with scale too, and obviously conscious of it. you include the people in the photo, and it works to your advantage.
