this is a beautiful image; i love the sense of fantasy that radiates from it. the secrecy of the ivy covered veranda makes the viewer wonder if there are any faeries or imps or elves or nymphs hidden behind the pillars, behind the trees or under the water.

the stream is like a natural divide, a bridge, between viewer in cyberspace, or grounded in reality and the fantasy world that lays beyond.

I like the light.It's gentle but still it has a great power for the shot.It's not boring!
At the first shot it's very messy,but it's quite interesting composition,with the thing(don't know how it's called)in the background...

This absolutely looks like something out of a fairy-tale, or a painting, more than a real picture. The river and the old trees kind of give of foreboding feel, but the bright field white building convey the opposite affect. very nice contrast. awesome photo.

I really like the yellow light in the left tre and the house, the lighting is soft and it looks almost like a painting.
The thing that takes "the awesome" away and just makes it "great" is the sharp treebranches in the foreground to the right.
