Burning landscape... how did you x-ray a polaroid and which effect on here is the result?

I carted it through airport security and let them x-ray it. It happened several times. I wish I could tell you what made it look this way but I've never been able to figure that part out - too many variables. It was in the wrong camera, I had a completely unrelated warming filter taped over the lens, It was seriously freezing, like in the negative. It could have been any one or any combination :\ The crackling part on the bottom is all because of the cold though, as soon as the film would eject I'd try and shove it in my pants/ a pocket / etc to warm it up so it would develop right but it was frozen already and it got all crackly.
What I do know though is I saw another polaroid here on dA that had very similar coloring and I asked them how they did it and they said they put an old negative over the lens.

That's just a damn fine photo, simple as.
Makes me sad that I can't get my hands on 600 any more.

Gotta give them kudos for trying, but yeah, I can't see it being cost effective.
Then again, they're doing it out of love for stuff.
