First, this looks really good for being done with colored pencils. I have tried it myself, and it is almost impossible to get the colors right. Also scanners tend to eat away all light colors, so that the shading doesn't look smooth anymore, and I suppose this piece looks a lot better in its original form, too.
The proportions of the face look good and the shading is in the right places and has the right weight. I like how you used different kinds of brown and red to shade, it makes the picture appear livelier (<-- This word looks like it shouldn't exist xD).
Also, many people don't add those lines to people's lips (you know, those wrinkles), but it actually makes the person look more realistic.
I don't know if you mind critique (please don't kill me if you do), but I'll add that her teeth look a little out of place. They are too white-looking to be in her mouth, where there's not light shining on them. Maybe you did make them darker, but the scanner destroyed it; anyway, all in all, a very well-done piece. Keep it up!

You are welcome.
It's sad that scanning destroys so many well-drawn traditional pieces. I think in their original form, they would get a lot more attention on DA. But I don't feel like going digital either.

I tend to get better results with a digital camera than with a scanner. You should try it.
