Sun Wukong, a thief turned mercenary, the story goes that he got an experimental power-armor in a heist, and kept it hidden while adding experimental weapons and components. When the Army found him, the armor was so powerful that they didn't have any way of recovering it without destroying it. So, after losing several assets battling him, they decided to hire him as a mercenary.

The "Gold Chain Armor" gives him inmense strength and durability, while the Phoenix Cap, installed inside the chest, generates a forcefield surrounding it, and the Cloudwalkers gives him a powerful rocket-powered jump. In addition, the Stabilizer Staff, in addition to work as a powerful melee weapon, serves as a transmitter to control a swarm of flying micro-drones attached to the armor.
