Chapter 9: Children to the Rescue

""You...you're not going anywhere, Tartarus!" said King Kuiper, sealing him in the room. "You underestimate my power, King!" said Tartarus, breaking free from the King's grasp. He rose from the floor, flying in the air, preparing an attack. Would this...be the end?

"Attack!!" yelled a high pitched voice, a green blur biting Tartarus' leg. He tried his best to kick the blur off, but alas, could not. Two other blurs, one gray and fluffy, the other "bald" and pink. Both grabbing onto the green blur's tail, trying to hold Tartarus back. Another one, this one brown and fluffy. They bit into Tartarus' cloth cape. The last one was Celeste, who grabbed onto his cape as well.

Tartarus did all he could to kick them off, but they wouldn't let go. Kerberos, Hydra and Nyx grabbed the fluffy blur and the bald blur. We all grabbed a part of my siblings to help pull him down. We would not let Tartarus escape.

""You took my mama from me!" I yelled as I held on to Tartarus. He did take my mother, and I knew not of where she was. I was a small Drake when she was taken from me, and I knew this one was the one responsible for it! Others pulled down on us and we were finally grounded. Laelaps, Melinoe, Macaria and I leaped from our chosen parts of Tartarus, the other as well.

"So...Poena's pathetic child really thinks she can stop me...that is funny." said Tartarus with a laugh. "I'm not weak! I'm strong!" I yelled. "Very well...let's see how you deal...with THIS!" Yelled Tartarus as his loyal followers appeared around him.

Fight...fight for what you think is right.

I apologize for the delay, my life has been stressful lately, so here's Chapter 9 after like two weeks. Now, for those who care, Malinoe is the white, fluffy one, Macaria is the pink, bald one, Campe is the green half dragon half girl biting Tartarus' leg and Laelaps is the dog like one biting Tartarus' cloak on the left.
