As I'm not the creator of the lines (I didn't mod it at all) I can't really say yes or no to the taur idea. I'd assume since Spearfrost included it in their base they wouldn't mind..? But if your concerned about permission you can contact the base maker.

If I had done the lines I would have been very thankful that you'd asked. Personally, I don't think there'd be an issue, since it's just a dragon taur but you never know. So I hope it goes well for you!
