Idk if you take free requests, but could you do the same with Alan's sprites from Jurassic Park for the NES? Doesnt have to be all directions, just the one facing right.

Sure go ahead. Its one of the last titles that came out on the nes so the sprites and music are really good by the gameplay is lacking. Im actually making a fan game based on that game, ive posted my sprite work on my deviantart if youd like to check that out and if you have any questions on that game feel free to message me.

I'm not sure if I like the 12 frame one. It's certainly better than that dreadful Mega Drive remake of the first 3 Mega Man games, the Mega Man sprite in that just looked so undynamic and weak.

you do so much work with fluid animation yet it would look so much nicer if it were also in 16-bit. maybe Some day I should show just how much better it would look if someone with a good eye for detail 16-bitified these sprites, it would make the fluid sprite movement look more natural and expected.

in the beginning all its hard, but you work with pixel too, i think you dont have problems to create pixel animations with aseprite

you need to respect the basic of the movement and try to not create a fake movements, but is hard to explainΒ

I would like to believe that upgrading the memory somehow would change this.
I Once saw guy overclock Star Fox and it played a lot smoother than the original sluggish version, but he modded the cartridge, not the SNES.

That's interesting... I would have liked to have seen the whole procedure play out. I always had an interest in modding but never acted on the initial curiosity.
