um sorry to tell you but its not a rail gun. its an MS paint XM8. and railguns dont use explosive rounds. thats the point of rail guns. also thermal imaging DOES NOT SEE THROUGH WALLS.

is the projectile propelled by magnet coils turning on and off? If so it is a coilgun, not a railgun. The two operate off different principles

I'm sorry to correct you on this, but this is not a rail gun. This is a weapon system developed by the military referred to as the XM-8. The Xm-8 is a weapon system designed to be modular so as to serve as a rifle system, a carbine system, a light machine gun system, and a marksmen rifle system. This was accomplished by having the weapon designed with barrels that could be swapped out not only in the weapons shop but also in the field as well.
