Is it bad that I normally drown myself with soup to make myself feel less sick?The soup is usually spicy so it does help open my nose for a small while.

I'm just stuck with the last half of suffering, just sleeping is difficult b/c my nostrils decide to plug up at the worst possible time. :"")
