At Dracoknight545 Request: The story begins while Sakura was working with Tsunade and Shizunae on a new jutsu she discovered some time ago. But once she was able to perform it it was up to her, Tsunade and Shizune to swap roles as well: Shizune became the new Hokage, Sakura became her assistant, and Tsunade became Shizune student.
