Description Please look at the Rules  and Molioth Naming System  when creating your own Molioth!
Here's the
Main Reference Sheet  and the Extra Reference Sheet for Body Designs and Other Extra things !
♥♥♥
 ---EXTRA INFO---
Your baby Molioth's name should be the Prefix of the first parent, and the Suffix of the second parent! Example: Starrymane & Sunnytail = Starrytail
P.S. For multiple Molioth children, you could try this:
Starrymane & Sunnytail = Starrysun (Sun is a noun, so this definitely works for a Suffix!)
There cannot be sibling x sibling or sibling/child x parent relationships, sorry!
Molioths usually only have 1 child, but sometimes they can have 2 or 3 (it's rare though)!
If your Molioth parents have body designs, try to mix them in the best way you can! Mix the colors and shapes together to create something new! Just don't have it look too complicated or chaotic!
REMEMBER: Molioths USUALLY have 1 child anyway, so keep that in mind if you are confused on how to make multiple names from the parent's Prefixes & Suffixes!

"Molioths usually only have 1 child..." Well, a pairing of any species with two sexes must produce an average of at least 2 offspring in order to indefinitely maintain or grow their population.

Well! First~
Horses, cattle, and other mammals etc. usually have 1 offspring. They are doing well! (Wild and domestic.) ^-^)
Second~
Naming is a bit weird, so it's a good thing that most Molioths have 1 child.
Third~
It may seem silly, but it is a Species for creation and fun, so it really doesn't retain our "real-world" values. They even live on a different planet that has more oxygen than Earth!

*7 weeks later*
1. Those animals (including humans) have ~1 offspring per litter, with several litters in their reproductive history on average. For instance, if you discount immigration, the population of every region on Earth with a total fertility rate of less than 2 children per woman has a negative trend. This is not a consequence of biology more so one of mathematics—if 2 individuals of different sexes are required to produce offspring, said offspring must ultimately number 2 or more in order to reproduce that pattern.

Try it yourself. Simulate a population (any number) of Molioths/Humans/whatever using pen and paper with your proposed fertility rates. Whenever new individuals are open, pair two and have them produce a litter of offspring. To match your proposed total fertility rate, have each breeding pair produce one and only one litter for as long as they exist. Each "turn" (which can represent any length of time you want), add a statistically-calculated random chance of them dying. Keep track of all the individual's ages, and kill them off once they reach their maximum age. I guarantee that as long as you follow that exactly, with any total fertility rate less than 2 the population will decrease in the long run and will eventually reach zero. If it doesn't... either you likely did it incorrectly, or you may be on to something.

2. Well... I don't assume it'd be too difficult to change it.

3. So do my Lodians and all other celecre'al. But that is totally possible, not only being allowed by physics and math but with historical precedent, whereas a species with 2 mates required to produce offspring having a total fertility rate of less than 2 and not going extinct apparently violates the laws of mathematics, which are even more fundamental than the laws of physics. Indeed, a universe where such a principle wasn't true would be inconceivably different from our own, if the concept of a universe having different mathematical laws than ours is even sound at all.

Oh my gosh, hello! :') Lmao~!

1.  That IS true. But would it be different if 2 parents have 1 child first, but then continue to have 1 child "per litter" before finally stopping? Let's say the total children at the end of all those years/months is 4. 4 children from 2 parents during "single litters".
I guess it's true I never said that Molioths can't continue having children, aye?  That would be a good way to work around extinction, perhaps?
So even though they usually can only have 1 child at a time, they can continue having children if needed/wanted.

2. Hmm, I could try! Perhaps.. There might be another way.

3. I see. . .

So...prefix of the first parent, but suffix of the second... what happens if there are multiple babies? do they just...all have the same name?

That can happen, sometimes. Even if they aren't twins!
However, you can also get a bit creative. Using the example again, you could do this:
Starrymane & Sunnytail = Starrytail
Starrymane & Sunnytail = Starrysun (For this one, "sun" is a noun, not an adjective, so this works too! As long as the suffix is a noun, you can steal a bit from the prefix if needed for multiple Molioth children.)
I forgot to add this even though I thought about it, thanks for reminding me lmao
