FOR MY SISTER. Who had a lot of input in the making of this. In particular she loves the shoulder armor because they look like the sandworms in Beetlejuice, she says.I'm not entirely sure how our train of thought arrived here.

This is some Twilight Zone version of Tellius where Ashnard's the good guy and Elincia's the evil crazy dictator.
Evil!Elincia's pegasus died when she was very young. Then she decided to start mucking around with dark magic and got them to raise it from the dead. So she flies on something unholy that cannot be shot from the sky nor hindered by swords: an ironclad demon, vessel for it's queen...
Meanwhile Ashnard is a distant cousin of the Daein royalty, and is cast under threat when the royal family starts dropping dead one by one-- barely escapes the mysterious genocide to find Daien under attack by Crimean forces and begins to travel all alone, searching for a cure for the dying citizenship and a stop to the war... and he finds the Greil Mercenaries.

Hahahaha, Elincia makes Petrine look like a pansy. This picture reminds me of this one that my other friend drew, except her Elincia was a bondage mistress as opposed to evil. Not that the two are mutually exclusive.

You know what those shoulder-armor things remind me of? Those tubes with red lips-looking things at the tips, which grow only near deep sea heat vents. ...If you watched a ton of Animal Planet, I'm sure you've seen some footage of them... okay that's pretty off topic but w/e
She looks so different from good Elincia, just because of that change of expression and posture! Also, those little feet just scream evil... because... it's well known that all evil people have outrageously small feet...
I, for one, think her costume design is super awesomely cool.
