I hadn't attempted to draw Requiyen's room in nearly ten years or something... the only time I tried, was honestly a pretty lazy attempt using lots of copy-paste BS, and I don't think I ever finished because backgrounds were overwhelming and scary to me so I avoided it, then I lost the file...But I finally did draw it! ...Or at least one side of it.
Requiyen is that weird type of person who is perpetually stuck between introvert and extrovert. He's constantly torn between wanting to be alone so he can work on shit (in his case, dissecting bodies and other science-nerd shit gone fucked up) and being obnoxiously hyper and social... then being unable to make up his mind starts to bother him and he just sulks about bored doing neither.

I don't know exactly how long this took me... I generally work on most my drawings over the course of a couple days, but I get distracted too frequently to be able to say how much time I really spend actually working. Though generally the more of a drawing I do traditionally, the faster it gets done (I "ink" and color digitally, and sometimes do all or part of the background digitally). I drew this one almost entirely traditionally, so, I actually did this one a lot faster than some others where the background is done almost entirely digitally.

Of any of his personality traits, the whole 'stuck between introvert and extrovert', is the one that I actually completely relate to. I don't even remember if it was a conscious decision on my part, or if it formed on it's own from the other traits I gave him, and I noticed later that he had that trait and that I related XD

For him it depends on how bored. If everything seems too boring at the moment he'll just sulk; if he is bored and motivated to find something to do, it's probably bad.
