I can't wait to have a few days where I can actually go there and hang out and watch people and get some good shots. It seems I'm always with a large group and we always have specific things we always have to hurry and go do.

i know the feeling. Fortunately i live out here and recently I've made it a point to go out every Tuesday for street photos. sometimes i'll meet up with friends but I always let them know, photos first, socializing second, lol. And most of them understand that photography is my main objective if i'm hanging out during the day and they don't mind stopping and letting me shoot for a few mins.
