Gosh hmmm...I have a lot...but my favorites are Gamzee/Tavros, John/Dave and Dirk/Jake.
Sorry, their all M/M but I do like Karkat/Terezi and Dave/Terezi~
It's kinda hard to ship in HS...

GAMZEE/TAVROS! ^^ PBJ!! That's my favourite too, lol. I'm not really yaoi obsessed but I like certain pairings. Pbj is kind of the only ship I can think of that I really, really like in homestuck so far...but I admit I love what Karkat and Terezi have going, even if they're not really a 'pair'. XD

Oh, and I'm on page 4989 now XDD I'm so behind...but at least Andrew Hussie is taking a bit of a break now, so I guess I can catch up
