Character adapted and played by bunnikkila
After the events surrounding the Repliforce incident, Paon, aka Cyber Peacock, was rebuilt and reinstated as the system administrator.
I had fun designing a 'peacetime' look for this guy.
Obviously this is a more humanized version than what was in the games, too.
