"Things are not what they appear......"It's Hero vs. Villain, as two master thieves with skills of trickery and performing illusions, for both thievery and combat, are about to clash. The Navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates, faces off against the Thief of Cinder Fall's Faction.

Had I seen this like six months ago I would've said Emerald. Faster stronger more melee combat options. But now after completely reading part one of one piece, and catching up to One Piece in the Newworld. Nami, due to a single feat. Thor Tempo.
Let me explain this to anyone reading.Β
Nami has mastered control over the weather. By creating a larger thunder storm she's able to fire down a bolt of lightning more powerful then any single attack the entire RWBY Β universe as whole has yet to even coming close to replicating.Β
It it easily vaporized a large chunk of a forest, while creating a crater so large that Big Mom (15 feet tall if not more) completely vanishes into.Β
Even ent if we assume that Emerald is lightning speed (Due to a single feat) the diameter of the blast and the shear power of the lightning strike mean that Nami doesn't even need to direct impact Emerald in order to kill her.
