This is another can of worms waiting to be opened. Not only because the researchers and fanboys simply cannot reach an concensus regarding Vegeta/Goku standings in DBS

And it will become worst when people find out that Superman defeated Asura in a high-quality and accurate Vs. forum

Yeah, Asura goes well above what Vegeta, or anybody in the DBZ universe can handle, especially seeing as DBZ fan arguments are entirely dependent on the easily disproven statement that Cell can bust a solar system.

Given how entirely inaccurate the concept of power scaling has been from fans in DBZ (since most of what they have comes from secondary canon and non-canon sources), the only true measure is by looking at the primary canon.
Beerus himself stated that every member of the Z fighters at base is still weaker than Frieza's then final form (the not Golden Frieza), which scaling puts him around star level. I was going to say large star, but that is completely giving him the benefit of the doubt and is actually giving Frieza more power than he has. From Beerus' statement alone, we can already see why some people's statement of Teen Gohan is below solar system level, and by extension, Cell as well. Now, I could go into my massive calculations that back up Beerus' statements, but Beerus' word alone should be more than enough to show Cell is nowhere near as powerful as he claimed (aka a bluff)
Now, let's look at where Vegeta falls in this category: Given that his base is still below star level, one can comfortably push Vegeta up to multi-star (not quite large star) based on scaling and the canon Saiyan multipliers when in SSJGSSJ. This is still significantly below Asura who, without going into Mantra or Destructor forms, was still able to take on Chakravartin (the literal God of Asura's Wrath) and tank blows that are easily galaxy level. Also, take into account that Vegeta himself admitted he would have died when Frieza blew up Earth had Whis not been there to protect him, giving him abysmal durability, and given that a casual blow from Asura in base is enough to blow up a star, Vegeta is screwed.

The winner is Asura in a landslide

Recently DB power scaling has been confirmed as true by Akira Toriyama stating that Gohan's Kamehameha (Teen Gohan) was stronger than Cell's at full power which could destroy a solar system. Now, every source possible confirms power scaling. Multiple guidebooks, a secondary source, confirms power scaling by confirming powers fans have speculated, so has AT now, another secondary source, and the primary sources provide a lot of evidence to why the characters are at these powers, mainly scaling and calculations.

With that being said, if these characters are ascending in power and forms, Vegeta will actually win. He is stronger than Super Saiyan God Goku, so comparing powers would be, in their final forms, Multi-Galaxy plus for Vegeta and Multi-Galaxy for Asurs fighting Chakravartin. It's likely Asura is somewhat faster, but he is not as durable. Proof? He could break Chakravartin's hand when he attacked him but that is as far as his feats go for durability. Remember he struggled a lot in that final fight.

Finally, Vegeta has a possible maneuverability, range, and possibly even intellect advantage, or at least an advantage in staying level-headed, which is funny considering he is Vegeta.

The winner is Vegeta. Maybe.
