Two combatants of two different franchises, with military backgrounds, and a "winter" themed alias, (whether it be a codename, or their actual name,) are about to clash in a fight to the death.I do not own either characters.

Winter Soldier takes the match.
He's a train, full auto, skillful soldier. Being able to even handle in combat almost anyone of the Avengers...even Captain America himself.
He has experience in Hand-to-Hand combat, weapons and tactics, infiltration, explosives, stealth, espionage, and many more.
Very hard to find...to the point as he is known in the field, as a Ghost. Even SHIELD itself has had difficult to find him.
He'll only be found...if he chose to be found.
Winter doess not have what Winter Soldier has.
Sure she has her Semblance and Glips...but agaisnt someone who has face the Avengers, SHIELD, Hydra and even God entities...she would have a very hard time to defeat him.
