Twin psychopomps who both share their love for music. Mavis is excitable and boisterous. She prefers to sing, whilst Melody has a calmer yet somewhat melancholic disposition and prefers the piano.

One of there more notable missions happened in the 1940s. The duo were investigating strange spiritual activity during the production of a horror film. Under the guise of humans, Mavis was hired as a background singer for one scene but she would replace the main actress because she would often steal the show. Melody was hired as a pianist and would develop feelings for one of the musicians.
