Qrow Branwen, and Willow Schnee, before Beacon Fell, before Team RWBY came to Vale, before Amber the Maiden was ever found...there was a tower in Atlas that served to be Willow's prison, and a cage, and the ranger of a hunter and old friend who only wanted her to be free....This is the part III of a UA series I did based off the theory that Qrow was romantically involved with Willow Schnee back before she was forced into matrimony with Jacques. This primarily goes off of how qrow speaks highly of the Schnee's accomplishments when Nick ,(Her father) was in charge, but then has disdain and bitterness when going into Jacques' take over of the company as if he stole something, and right around when describing how he was in an arranged marriage with Willow.
There's also the way he speaks of Weiss as the hope for the Schnee DC at the end of the World of Remnant video.

Funny thing is, Team RWBY and the gang are going to Atlas in V6, and I would laugh so hard if Willow and Qrow had some "history" with each other.

Weiss was sat in the kitchen, sipping tea and reading a local newspaper, she slowly looked up, to her left, then to her right, she the put down her drink and paper and narrowed her eyes "It's too quiet"
She looked in the living room "that table needs to be replaced"
She looked in the bathroom "who keeps setting it like- ugh, it's over, not under!"
She looked in the bedrooms "Yang, this is a PIGSTY!" - "ugh, Ruby is just as bad" - "at least Ren and Oscar can keep things tidy" - "what is with all of the dishes, Nora?" - "i hate the smell of cheap booze" - "Hm, Jaune Arc, interior decorator, who knew?"
she looked in the garden "Oscar does a good job"
going back inside and closing the door behind her, she huffs "that's almost all of the rooms in the house, where are they?"
she was about to return to her paper when she heard multiple voices cackling above her "the attic?"
...
Weiss popped her head up into the attic to see Ruby, holding a piece of paper with stars in her eyes, Yang, sucking down precious oxygen between howls of laughter, Nora, Ren and Oscar, looking shocked and Qrow, crouched in the corner, beet red and contemplative.
Weiss spoke up "what's going on?" Ruby looked up from the paper to see Weiss, scrambled over to her and greeted her with a "hey, Cuz" and a big grin, Weiss recoiled "uhh... why are you grinning like that?" Ruby turned the paper around and gave it to Weiss for her to read, she took it and began scanning the page... and again with squinted eyes, and again closer, her fingers practically tearing into the paper and then she looked up at Ruby, still grinning, and then to Qrow
"is this...?" he nodded... she screamed.
