this is one of my favorite luna pieces I've seen anywhere.

now that the obvious reference is out of the way, time to critique: I love this, it shows just how accountable Luna is of her actions as Nightmare Moon. She still remembers the pain, anger, and hatred. It shows just how damaging this was for her psyche. And having Noghtmare Moon be the one to hold the brush in the mirror May be a cliche about seeing your evil self, but itβs a cliche that Iβm willing to forgive if done with a good-to-great execution. Luckily, this does that.

Nightmare Moon: "You can never forget me. Forget my power. Forget your want for me. I will remain here forever, and none of your other memories amount up to me. I am forever your desire."
Suddenly, a man lands on the groundΒ out of a dimensional tear like he jumped into it. He draws a .357 Desert Eagle and points it at Nightmare Moon's head.
The man: "Desires can change."
The man cranks off a round that flies through Nightmare Moon's head, cracks the mirror, and Luna wakes from her daydream. She studies the mirror to discover that nothing has happened to it. She runs to a specific room to find the man sleeping there. His knife and phone are on a nightstand, the only things other than clothes that came with him.
Luna: "I think I understand my past 'moments'..."

Imagine if Luna would really see Nightmare Moon all the time when looking into a mirror, because somehow, Nightmare Moon is able to project her appearance out of Luna's body and into mirrors.
That's a scary thought.
