A Yōkai appearing as a flaming oxcart wheel attached to the screaming head of a man. The head is said to be that of a noble who was cruel in life, and now serves his time guarding the gates of the underworld. They can sometimes be seen rolling across roads at night, scaring passersby and stealing the souls of anyone who gets too close.
