Ha, I have had that with macro, sometimes you have to physically block your subject to stop it moving. Of course you can up your shutter.

Too much of anything is never good (the rain finally stopped for me). If you shoot at 2000 fps it will freeze anything, even caffeine shakes from too much coffee won't make a difference.
