So I've mentioned Beetle a few times,namely in Hikari's list of villain run-ins and Bel's mentor, but i never really introduced her
here's the asshole herself

Name: Beni Natsukasa ( 夏傘紅 Natsukasa Beni)
Alias: Steel Beetle (鋼・ビートル Hagane bītoru)
Occupation: Villain
Age: 45
Gender: Female
Quirk: Steel Claws
Seiyū: Aya Hisakawa (Cure Moonlight from HeartCatch Precure)
Voice actor: Christine Auten (Izumi Curtis from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)

Personality: Beni's personality and very identity is defined by her hatred of the world of heroes, her love of battle, and her desire to become the torch bearer of One For All. She is, quoting Kurogiri "Just as twisted as she is beautiful".

Her Personality is that of a ruthless killer, one who cares not if she slaughters ally or foe. She is also known to use harm as a motive for slackers, threatening to give Bel a "sweet new neck-hole" if she didn't comply. Her most noticeable feature is that regardless of the situation she is always smiling, however her smile gives off more of a sinister feeling rather than a smile for happiness.

Her disgust at One for All users and heroes in general manifests itself as an unbridled and undying disdain, viewing heroes as little more than a superficial title to be liked by others. Because of this, she hates those who call themselves such. Due to being outshone by Toshinori while he was quirkless, Beni finds quirkless people incredibly repulsive, to the point that she wants them gone first.

History: Beni was one of the many who recieved her quirk at an early age, and due to it's hostile appearance, she was feared by students and teachers alike throughout her childhood and middle school. This stopped when she met Nana Shimura, the first person to not be afraid of her.
The two quickly became friends, trusted ones at that. So much so that Beni was one that Nana told about One For All.
Excited by the idea of a quirk being passed down, Beni began honing her skills with her claws, hoping that with enough power, she could become the next torch bearer.
However, when Nana chose Toshinori over her, Beni believed this to be Nana lying about their bond, which in turn brought forth her hatred of One For All users to life.
She later disappeared, knowing not who to trust and what side she was on. That was when she met All for One, becoming a villain in hopes of eliminating the obstacle between her and One For All.

She is currently aware of who the new torch bearer is, and will stop at nothing to obtain their power for her own.

Quirk: Steel claws
Ever since the age of 3, Beni had steel claws growing from the tips of her fingers, she can retract and extend them, but due to the stress put on her mind, they cannot retract back into her skin.

Her claws can cut many things, including flesh, proof being the countless scars beneath her bandages.

Relationships:

Bel- Being Bel's mentor, it is implied that the two are on good terms. This is mostly because Beni uses violence as a threat to the blunette. But she does care for her well being. Somewhat.

Hikari Hoshikuzu - Having met and fought during the Field Training Arc, Beni was surprised at Hikari's agility, but ridiculed her concern of her hair being cut short by Beni's claws. She refers to Hikari as "that flashy one" due to not remembering her name.

Nana shimura - Being the first person not to be afraid of her quirk, Beni valued their bond, and was hoping to impress her enough to become the next torch bearer. after that failed, all that adoration turned into resentment.

Toshinori Yagi - Being outshone by him and "replaced as the next torch bearer", Beni hates All Might with her entire being, wanting nothing more than to end his life, all due to jealousy and rage. Upon finding out that there was a new torch bearer, she now thinks of him as a coward, and no longer has her sights on him.

Izuku Midoriya- Beni took an interest in Izuku's abilities during the Unforeseen Simulation Joint Arc, having spied from above rather than fighting with the others. This interest only grew, until she pieced together that Izuku was the new torch bearer. It was then that she shifted her goal of killing All Might to killing Izuku instead. Beni shows amazement in his quickly increasing strength, and was taken aback when one of his attacks broke the tip of the claws on her left hand. She does not call him by name, referring to him as "Torch-Bearer" instead.

Kotoura Utsugi- At first, Beni saw nothing significant about Kotoura, but upon noticing her close bond with Izuku, she becomes more hostile towards Kotoura, believing that her life ending is the key to taking down Izuku. She has only succeeded in injuring Kotoura once, inflicting a scar on her back.
