Appearance
Konoha is a teenager of average height and slightly muscular build. Her face is described as cute, with her brown hair with green ombré and sky blue eyes, although her eyes are normally drawn closed. She wears the typical demon slayer corps outfit, except her pants are not tucked in, and she wears the haori that she sleeps with as an overcoat. She initially bound her breasts to prevent them from getting in the way of battle, but stopped doing so during the Recovery Training Arc, so she could focus on breathing techniques all the time. After reconciling with Saki, she is given Saki’s favorite haori, which replaces the previous one.

History

Konoha was born into a family that only wanted male children. Being a female, her father originally planned to kill her, but her mother said she’d do it. In actuality, she simply took Konoha away from them, leaving her in the care of Irino, a trusted friend and Udon Maker in a nearby town. It was there that Konoha was raised as Irino’s hardworking daughter, and was overall happy.
Her happiness only increased upon meeting her first friend- Saki Hoshizora. The two often played together when Konoha wasn’t busy helping Irino run the shop. They even discussed their hopes and dreams, including Saki’s dream to join the Demon Slayer Corps. Wanting nothing more than for Saki to be safe, Konoha trained with her under the watchful eye of Nadeshiko, and took the exam as well, to which she managed to pass.
This personally hurt Saki’s feelings, as she did not pass the exam, fleeing from the mountain instead. In a fit of depression and jealousy, Saki cut off all contact from Konoha, telling her parents to say that she died in the exam. This scarred her to the point that she became insecure, having no other reason she wanted to join the Demon Slayer Corps.
This changes over time, as she realizes instead of mourning over losing her reason to fight, she begins look for a new reason.

Enhanced Vocal chords: Konoha was born with very strong vocal chords, which enable her voice to carry much farther than the average human.

Breath Style: Breath of Wood

First Breath Branch Spike: an ultra fast slash attack. Can be enhanced if she can jump at them for a flying slash

Second Breath Maple Slash: a twisting 360° slash. Can be enhanced by continuing to spin and changing the angle of her blade

Third Breath Dance of the Willow: walking in a seemingly aimless fashion, like dancing but with her sword

Fourth Breath Juniper's Rend: An upward diagonal slash followed by a reversed downwards diagonal slash

Fifth Breath Roots: Low sword slashes as if fighting on all fours, mixed in with jerky slashes that are quicker but have less power.

Sixth Breath Falling Oak: An intense dash attack while holding her sword out. Can be used to take out multiple opponents in a line. Ended with a slash

Seventh Breath Violent Rustling: A series of lightning fast feints with the scabbard so the enemy loses track of her actual sword. Followed by a stab with the concealed real sword, potentially through her own flesh

Eighth Breath Booming Sage: Using Her enhanced Vocal chords, she lets out a loud yell in order to alarm the enemy, before going full speed, finishing with a single slash. Can be dragged out to 5 slashes, if the enemy needs to be immobilized prior to beheading.

Relationships

Irino - Caretaker / Father Figure
Being raised by the man ever since she was given to him by her mother, Konoha is immensely grateful to Irino, to the point that she occasionally calls him her father. Despite not being related by blood, the two love each other like a real father and daughter would.

Saki Hoshizora - Friend
When Konoha started living with Irino, Saki ended up entering her life due to her home neighboring Irino’s shop. Saki also quickly became the reason why Konoha wanted to become a demon slayer; because Saki wanted to do it, and Konoha wished to be by Saki’s side and protect her. However, when Konoha passed her exam and Saki didn’t, this spurred a hatred for Konoha in her. Eventually this hatred surfaced in Saki completely shutting herself off from Konoha, tricking her into believing she died. Her sole motive was to scar Konoha for taking her dream from her.
Despite this, Saki still loves Konoha as much as she hates her, and eventually overcomes her hatred to apologize to her. When finding out Konoha’s reason behind becoming a demon slayer, the two reconcile.

Nadeshiko Mishou - The tutor for both Saki and Konoha, and the current pillar of Wood.

Kouki Sawaizumi - Acquaintance
Although Kouki is Konoha’s biological father, Kouki believes said daughter to be dead, so upon being saved from a demon by her, he feels indebted to her for saving his life, not knowing that she happens to be his daughter.

Tanjiro Kamado - Love Interest
Meeting on the night Final selection, Konoha introduced herself and Saki to Tanjiro, although their conversation was cut short as the final selection began, to which she promised that they’d meet again.
They later crossed paths again in Asakusa after his run-in with Yahaba and Susamaru, the two decided to travel together, and Tanjiro learned about her close bond with Saki, urging her to find a new reason to fight, for her sake. It is through his kindness, alongside telling her the words she needed to hear, that she begins to have feelings for him. It’s his words that she thinks back on that motivate her to keep fighting during the Natagumo Arc.
During the Infinity Train Arc, before falling asleep she tells him that she feels the best while around him, and wishes that they could be together for a long time. She also protects Tanjiro at one moment during the fight with Enmu.
Prior to the Entertainment District Arc, the two have a late night discussion in which they discuss how they feel after Kyojuro’s death, and what they plan to do once Muzan is defeated. This is when Tanjiro confesses that after that happens, he wishes to take Konoha as his bride, as he is in love with her. After sharing a kiss with him, Konoha tearfully, yet gladly accepts.
