there are tutorials about clay renders you can find. i used vray render for my models.

traditional sculpture is slow and hard to master
one day i will print some of my digital sculptures. so i can touch them

I think for a long time to wait! but it is easier to learn to sculpt traditional - it's easy really. just learn the material (plasticine clay) and get used to them.

if by easier you mean less technical then yes you are right. But you are looking at someone who does not need to 'learn' anything, look at that anatomy and those details. This is someone who knows what they are doing both on sculpting range and technological range.
