when Kami sends Mr. Popo to West City for Teela's new school when she was age 12 so went to school to be education about her new life on Earth until a blonde spiky hair kid who was transferred to the same school that Teela is being educated from when she waited for Mr. Popo to pick her up she encounters the spiky hair kid again and he introduces himself as Naruto Uzumaki when she learned he was an orphan in his village the 2 orphans became friends so Teela had eyes on Naruto since age 16 when the 2 friends did sparring each other Naruto used his ninja skills from his Master Kakashi and Teela use her teachings from Kami and Mr. Popo so after the sparring the 2 friends encounter another spiky hair kid who introduced himself as Son Goku and he's looking for his best friend's killer (Krillin) so Teela and Naruto decides to help the young fighter find the Demon King's child Tambourine
