A picture like this wouldn't normally make me look twice, but as people already have written: the face. An expressive face makes the whole picture; that's where the "soul" is. And her pose matches her face very well: a bit of "female cat stalking prey" feeling. Definitely not a lady I'd mess with. Love it!

Your works just plain razor-edge gorgeous. Really love the intensity of the eyes and effects used to make them stand out. Theres a scene in Resident Evil (Resurrection me thinks?) where Jovovich smiles a certain smile just before she attempts to land a plane on a roof thats stuck with me a while. Those look like the same eyes.

It is really nice! i like her expression. 
and from the bottom of her nose she reminded me to Vanessa Paradis. She was who popped up in my mind when I have just seen her nose and lips and chin.
