HDRI helps colours a lot to give tridimensionality to the subject.
The only retouches I'd personally do are taking away the bench on the lower left corner, the advertising pannel and the light pole on the background... and I'm not so sure but probably also the fountain on the left.
Are there also 2 people at the bottom of the stairway? I'd correct those ones either.
to me, no elements of distraction means real "surreal" feeling to the watcher... and this picture does deserve it!
