This is very beautifully done. Before I enlarged the image it looked to me as if there was a tear flowing down her right cheek. After seeing the enlarged image I saw that those are the scratch marks from the applied texture but her eyes still seem as if they are on the verge of tears. She looks like she is waiting for something to happen even without knowing what that something is. The original model looked pleased and content but your manipulation dramatically changed the mood to a deep melancholy as if the model is totally resigned to her fate. I really like this result that is so full of emotion.
