Description
Commission for JessyxKisuxKata of her character, Tornado Thunder ! She's a companion to Emperor Rising Sun , but took longer because I discovered the navy blue Sparkly Minky right before I started working on her mane, and it seemed to add the perfect touch!Her mane was a lot simpler than the Emperor's because it's made in three separate pieces: one in blue sparkles, one in light purple, and only one multicoloured piece with the last four colours.
