This piece is a compilation of several thoughts, ideas, techniques, photoshoots, designs, and experiments. This piece represents something that I have been wanting to do for a very long time. I finally got around to doing it, this is something that I think is called a 'typography' piece. Using text, and several different manipulated brushes and pictures to create a message. Before I finished this piece, this technique came into commercial use, like in McDonald's billboard ad's and in many magazines.

This piece started off by editing a picture that I took while it was snowing. It was of the large yellow arrow sign. I then decided I should take it a step further, and so I browsed through my computer and found an old experiment of brushes that I had done a very long time ago when first wanting to learn and experiment with typography.
Everything just went from there.
Layer, after layer, after 1,000's of layers of brush strokes and brushes I produced my own canvas.
After deleting, adding, moving, and taking away elements of the picture, I finally am satisfied with this one.
I hope it speaks powerfully to the intended audience. It is meant to stand out. Meant to be looked at. I want you to discover all of it's depth and little secrets.
I have spent a lot of time on this one, and even implemented my digital (vectorized) signature.
I really hope you, my audience, enjoy this piece. I spent that extra little bit of time on it getting things just perfect so everyone would enjoy it.
