The Equatorial Pacific Ocean autonomous hydrophone array, originally designed to detect Soviet submarines, heard something. It was loud enough to be detected by sensors up to 4800 kilometres apart. the expert opinion is that the noise was made by something alive. While the audio profile of the Bloop does resemble that of a living creature, the source is a mystery both because it is different from known sounds and because it was several times louder than the loudest recorded animal, the blue whale.
Recently, the government put out that they had determined that the Bloop was caused by an iceberg ice-quake. This was simply cover, so that they could send the noise back into the deep, in hopes of drawing whatever made it without notice.
Lord, what fools these mortals be........

You've got a strong sense of organic forms that serves you well throughout this series.

This is kind of random but I had a dream after discovering you and your art. I dreamed that I won the lottery and decided to use all of the money to make a video game. The game was huge (10 times bigger than Oblivion). It had original plant life, weather, climates, minerals, technology, and creatures. It took place on a huge, alien planet and I hired you as the lead creature designer. In the dream you literally created thousands of creatures, ranging from insect size to giants. Haha, anyways.. keep up the amazing art!
